had Rob and his crew do on awesome job We had so much water coming through our foundation we couldn't clean it up fast enough Rob was there the next day installed pipes around the perimeter of our house and a sump pump When we got home everything was cleaned up and completed within a day at a very competitive price Would recommend to anyone with a leaky basement
Had this company in to fix a leak in my basement. They put in sump pump and totally waterproofed my basement. Excellent price. Barriers placed to prevent dust from getting to rest of my house. Very professional and friendly. Definately recommend if you have a leaky basement.
I had the pleasure of contracting this company for a few cracks in my basement. As a direct result of their excellent work, our decision to contract their services for a major concrete restoration to our basement was easy. In addition to his professionalism and attention to detail, we found the owner was both an enthusiastic and charismatic leader who regularly collaborated with his staff while delivering both timely and affordable services. We will definitely be using them again!
I was referred to Rob through a friend and would recommend his services to anyone dealing with basement water issues. I received 3 quotes from other companies and Rob's was more detailed and significantly cheaper than the others. His crew worked fast and knew exactly what they were doing. At the end of the job he ensured me I would have no more leaks and headaches and provided me with a written warranty to guarantee his work.
Don't waste your money. He was suppose to fix three cracks in out basement. He left a mess and the next day we had a leak that was worse then when he "fixed" it. The water poured out like a stream! He said he guaranteed his work for five years on our receipt but will not return our phone calls to repair the area. When we call he will respond with a text several days later and then not show the following week. Texting a customer is very unprofessional in my option. He was eager to do the work when we initially called and had no problem cashing our cheque, and now he is unheard from. Make sure receive a quote, get his license and insurance information before proceeding with any work. Don't make the same mistake we made.
