HWT was replaced yesterday (Dec 15) by a great technician named Paul. He was courteous, friendly, professional and tidy. He answered all my questions and made a suggestion for a future repair which I will have completed by Balcean & Sons. Thanks Paul!!
It's been 15 years since my original HWT was installed by Balcean (yes, Oct 2005...I have the receipt) and the quality of work and customer service is still the same...TOP NOTCH!

CJ and Jack were great! They were able to come by within a day's notice and were knowledgeable and great to work with! I am semi-bedridden and hard to get around, this wonderful company was out and took such good care of me. The gentleman that came was so quick and so courteous, the owner Dan was wonderful and so helpful in Helping me . They are really great, I can’t say enough about them.
Have had them for a new job and excellent service and so. Courteous , I can’t say enough about this company. A lot of businesses today treat their customers terribly not this company I can’t thank them enough .

I had my vents and furnace cleaned with 5 star. Amazing job. Randy showed me before and after pictures - night and day. My furnace has never looked cleaner. My vents are as clean as can be. Very helpful advise on maintenance. I will be using them again for my regular vent and furnace cleaning from now. You will get what you paid for and more.

I liked the price that Penguin was offering with the tune-up so I went with them. The rep that came over was awesome. I asked him all kinds of silly questions about the air conditioning unit and he answered them like they were just common questions. He was very respectful and nice. He sat down and explained different things about the unit cause I have two different brands and we just talked about getting a new unit. Now new unit is working fine and overall, I’m totally satisfied.
