I went to have a filling put in and my Ipod for my music had stopped working so the dentist told her assistant to get there Ipad and put Spotify on it so I could listen to music and be calmer during the procedure. How many dentists out there care that much about a patients comfort level. I will always remember there kindness that day. My dentist for as long as my teeth are in my head.

I have been going to this dentist since 2013 and I do not have any complaints as of yet. The staff ARE very friendly and helpful. My kids absolutely love going to their dental appointments if you can believe that. The reception staff have always been there to answer any of my questions or concerns. The Dental assistants and the both female dentist that are currently practicing their are very great! Perhaps yes their prices are a little higher then most but so well worth it. :)

EXCELLENT, ESPECIALLY WITH CHILDREN

I came to this practice after an awful experience at another surgery, in some serious pain and fairly distraught. I was dealt with sympathetically and professionally. I was given good advice and there was no attempt to push me into a course of treatment that was best for the surgery's accounts, as at the previous surgery. I have subsequently taken three of my children to the surgery and have been very impressed with the way the children have been addressed and dealt with, from reception onwards. The emphasis is on a very positive dental experience, whilst still getting the necessary treatment done. One child in particular proved to be a challenge, but he was met with patience and encouragement, reassurance and positivity, and finally with reward (they have quite a treasure trove for children to choose a prize from at the end of treatment). The only thing I would say is...be sure that you get a detailed quotation before attending, especially as a new patient, as sometimes only the cost of X-Rays are mentioned and the end bill might be a bit of a 'GASP' moment, especially if you don't have dental coverage. The loss of one star on service for this reason only. I would highly recommend this practice, especially for children.

One of the worst experiences with a dentist EVER!!

I will never let Dr. Bains near my mouth again. I have never suffered so much after a dental appointment. I have shared my horrific experience with friends only to hear the same from them. The reception staff is not overly friendly, I felt like I was working for them!
