Incompetent, poor customer service, unapologetic. I was a return customer, but I will not be coming back. They cut a piece of window glass the wrong size and I had to bring it back. This wasted a lot of time and fuel. The desk girl took it from me and brought it to the back, then came out and sat down without a word.
