zero rating. On Saturday, November 10, 2018, I went to Best Buy where I purchased a Whirlpool washer. I trusted BestBuy to send a professional plumber to do the job. If I had known that the installer(MetroToMetro)that BestBuy hired, was going to use their fingers to tighten the connectors, I would never had said yes for them to install my washer. They caused water leak that damaged the ceiling, floor, wall of my house. Please donot sign the pape of proper completion immediately. let them wait.

Horrible customer service. Was waiting for someone to help cash me out and there was no one working the tills. At least 5 employees just stood and stared at me obviously seeing me waiting for a cashier and not one person came over to help or at the very least come over to say if there was someone on the way. Ended up leaving my purchase at the counter. It's as if they really don't want your business in this store, save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.

I am basing my review on multiple experiences with this location. The geek squad always over promises and under delivers. As for the sales I saw a laptop that I wanted to purchase but they had marked it incorrectly. The sales guy quickly grabbed the price and ripped it up and said it wasn’t valid. Overall bad customer service. I’ve been calling for the past hour and no one answers the phone.
