Furnace Family

I telephoned Furnace Family and this morning and I was able to make an appointment this afternoon. Our plumber was Kevin who was very friendly and explained the problem well. He was able to correct the problem very quickly. As it turned out it was a minor problem -- nothing major!! Thank you Kevin. If we have any more problems with plumbing or with our furnace, we will use this company again.

We had a new furnace installed the estimator was very informative and the install guys were first class. The whole experience was really great no pressure and the house has never been this comfortable.

We have never had service this good. The techs who installed my new furnace did a great job. The sales guy sold with no pressure just well informed and honest. Absolutely a wonderful group of people.

Furnace Family installed a tankless water heater and we love it. Got a great government debate and extra space in the furnace room. Very nice installers did a nice job.

Our water heater decided to die on the weekend called a few companies and everyone was uninterested. Called Furnace family service was amazing they cared from the office to the tech in the feud great company. I know who I am calling fo AC next summer.

Really great service and very professional.Our furnace broke down and called them late at night and price was good for as late as it was. I will be looking for a new furnace soon and Furnace Family will be my first choice.Great group of people.

Called Furnace Family o fix a older AC a tech came.e out and fixed it in a hour. Very knowledge guy, we were informed it was installed wrongly from the beginning. We got a few quotes to replace it and decided to go with Furnace Family. Great price good service and a great installation. They work like a family. Highly recommend !!!

Furnace Family installed A.C. For us this week. The sales man Dave was very well informed we knew we were in good hands. The installers were friendly and helpful the job went very well. I love sleeping through the heat wave!!! Great impressive company !

Furnace Family came out on a busy hot day to fix our A.C. We could tell the tech was busy but still took the time to explain the fix and recommend and new furnace and A.C. Due to age. The repair went well but we decided to go with a new system. Everyone was great going with a new system. Great company highly recommend !!!!!

Wow...what a great job TYLER and ROSS did on 2 of the coldest snowy days in Edmonton. They were very professional and really knew their furnace business...I would definitely recommend this company to any friend needing a new furnace. It was a big job over 2 days and they worked non-stop. I cannot believe just how quiet the new furnaces are.
