They never ever answer the phones. They return calls most of the time and sometimes even in a timely manner.

Really terrible place to rent from.Honestly recommend anywhere else. Broke the lease multiple times by coming into our property with no notice (once because the locksmith had a service order to change our locks as we were "squatters" but prime had just made a typo and meant to write another unit - barged in without knocking as did maintenance) Also put our unit up for sale the same month as we began rent so the entire lease there was constantly showings (3x a week) then took half the deposit.
