“Then we get a spin off from the daycares and preschools, as the parents of those children come in to the store to buy similar items that their kids are playing with,” adds Wanda. “We also get spinoff from teachers telling parents where to come in to buy learning materials that help get their kids up to speed or help them out if they’re falling behind.”

However, in-store shoppers can benefit from the qualified staff, who are available to help and answer questions about which product best suits your needs. “I love the interaction with the customers,” says Penny. “We are a destination store and most people that come to us are looking for something extra or something to help their children.”
