Tyler came to my home to assess a problem with the water and pump system on a Maytag fridge. He was very professional and assessed it to be a faulty water filter that was purchased form Mr Appliance. There was no service charge for his visit as a result. He replaced the water filter and delivered to my home the same day. Excellent service.

Don came today to check our washer, he was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

When I called regarding a part for my old stove and spoke with Wadean, who was extremely helpful, very attentive and had excellent telephone manor. I was so impressed with the attentiveness that she gave me, I chose to buy a fancy new stove from them. I highly recommend this company when looking for repairs or a new appliance.
