Poor service in the evenings

I made reservations then drove 7 hours only to be told that they cancelled my rooms because I didn't give them a credit card number even though my company has a direct bill account. Then the woman work asked me to wait while she took a clearly personal phone call. Then she told me how lucky I was that no one had taken the rooms yet.
