Hair City Salon Inc

I went for a walk in haircut on Thursday, I showed the stylist a picture of the haircut I wanted, also reminding him that I wanted my hair to be past my chin after curling (meaning that my hair should be about shoulder length). The stylist ended up giving me a short bob that is barely chin length when it is stick straight.

I have been to this Salon for almost 10years. The hairdresser Sally is really professional, kind, and chic. She solves all my hair problems and makes me look chic and young. All my friends and coworkers are her long-term customer already. Everyone likes her and her suggestions simply because they are much more beautiful because of their new hairstyle.

I've been to Hair City twice. Came back for the second time because it was close to my house, but both times I left disappointed. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They are also ridiculously overpriced.

simply bad

I went to this place with my friend couple weeks ago. My appointment was around 10 or 11am, but when we arrived there it was closed. We had to wait for the hairdresser for 15 minutes. Hmmm... not very professional, but okay. She finally arrives and we settle in. I think her name is Sally. So Sally immediately starts pushing her opinions and talking loudly behind our backs in her native language. Okay, I know that I had a bit of a hair disaster with my kids and didn't really had any time to go get my hair done, but she was laughing and pointing! Really? Is this how you treat your customers? At that point I was so shocked that I had to simply leave...Unbelievable. I've never seen anyone being so rude and inconsiderate. Save your money and go for a place with better customer values.
