Horrible customer service at front desk Auto repair.Rude,disrespectful.Talking over me loudly when I was asking a question while paying my bill.Guy before that at front counter when I first came in just stood there and ignored me until I asked if he was busy...rude reply was given to me..yup Iam always here..Iam ready.So very unprofessional for a Big company like Canadian Tire.Don't be front line to customers if you can't handle questions.Felt very disrepected.Mechanic was great and informative.
