They definitely discriminate! My girlfriend and I have a combined income of over 130 grand a year and we were denied rental of a $3800 property from them and therefore an owners as a result of our income. Definitely not because we don’t make enough money!

Absolutely horrible company to deal with. Rude employees and owner. Brush away responsibilities, talk as if doing a favour. Never return calls or mails. Totally unprofessional and unethical. Stay away!!!

Kenson is unprofessional and rude. Everyone should turn away from it. I am speaking as an absentee landlord with them for a few years. Whenever they do a repair, you never know the cost nor have any choice on what exactly the repair be done. Any repair is costly, above market price, and you get the bill months later. Poor service, rude staff (owner included) are all they have. My multiple tenants express to me they always brush away their requests.

very bad company with lack of respect and time management issues. The agent had a terrible attitude and refused to admit his mistakes. What is this? kindergarten?
