Brought the truck in for a couple minor issues, asked for tranny flush. Tranny now binds, truck is low on oil, giving engine codes, almost completely refuses to reverse, and is making some god awful noises. We were told we’d receive a courtesy vehicle ad this is a daily driver, only to find out it was only available weekends, and was promised to multiple people. Extremely poor communication and service. If you need a fix, get drunk in the dark and do it yourself, you’ll do it better.

Outstanding work and customer service. Surfside is an organization that operates exactly as one would wish. They diagnosed the problem and took the initiative to go ahead and fix the van without wasting time. Result? Having had a break failure on the Friday of a long weekend, I had my car back the same day and in time for the holiday. THANK YOU Surfside Automotive! You guys are truly a customer oriented company.
