Bonny's Taxi Ltd

Terrible experience, and they refused to provide service. The people of Bonny's Taxi lack business ethics, and professional customer service. The car was supposably outside. However, my mom and i didn't see them anywhere. We waited outside in the cold for him, and contacted the operator nicely to make sure he had the right address, just to be yelled at by the driver and operator. it's treatment like this that leads to many people wanting more options.
