Horrible Customer service. By far one of the worst experiences with any business ever. Waited months for an appointment they lost track of. Had to rebook for nearly 2 months later. Told a week to do the work which took a month, No communication and incredibly rude service reps. Had our rental vehicle cancelled with less than an hours notice after a month of no contact and no attempts to reach out, unapologetic, and cost me 154$. Work done was awful.Owner ignoring my emails.Lied to ICBC Last but
