The search for frames began in October, I went to optometrists, 2 for 1 places, Big Box Stores where I spoke to many sales staff all of which were focused mainly on fashion and making a sale. My current eyewear was in terrible shape. I was desperate so I Googled Langley “Eye Glass Frames near me” and up came Crossing Optical, Siri took me there. Ana, the owner, greeted me warmly. Without exaggeration, the service I received at Crossing Optical was nothing less than exceptional! From the moment I first met Anna and Max, they listened intently about my requirements and we worked out great cost-effective plan. At a follow-up, Anna checked out my eyes with leading edge instrumentation and she meticulously proceeded to do her work on me.
