I would give them zero stars if possible because that would be equivalent to the amount of work that was done on the car after 2.5 hours. Scheduled appointment at 12:00, dropped car off at 11:45. Called shop at 2:15 and it was if our car was completely forgotten about and just left to sit out in the lot. Was given an arrogant excuse of "we had other priorities " which I guess is code for your business was not as important as others because we don't make as much off a simple oil change....Avoid

Amazing customer service and reliable work. Will be back :)
