Terrible. Would never recommend. I���m going back to my original vet in Vancouver. Would rather commute than trust this man with my dogs.

Client for 30+ years. The drops that were sold to me were leaking. I went in and asked if they could be replaced, Dana took offense to it and told me they weren’t sold like that.Very rudely she told me to talk to George. I asked him about the drops and he agreed to exchange them. She yelled from the hallway he was being to nice and for me not to return while she was working. She cancelled my upcoming visit as I wasn’t a good fit for the clinic anymore. My calls to George have been unanswered.

Embaressed by the financial advice given by the doctor because i don't have a credit card and also by the receptionist speaking about our issues in front of people waiting for their appts. No discression used at all and i was very embaressed. Will not return and will make sure i share my story. Not very professional

My family have taken our pets here for probably about 20 years. Staff and service are great. They are reasonably priced, and don't try to up sell you on meds, ect that aren't necessary (unlike so many vets these days....). It's not fancy, but it's honest, good pet care.

We brought our dog in a few days ago for an emergency and the vet, as well as the lady at the front desk, were knowledgeable and so kind. I could tell the vet became a vet because he truly cares about the animals that come in. A huge thank you to this clinic for treating our pet

Have been going to this vet for years. Love his blunt honesty, and he never butter things up. He has a very clean simple facility. A bit old school in the sense that there is no computer in the front desk area. Will continue going to this vet.
