Four Seasons Nail Salon

I have been going to Four Seasons for several years and have always been very pleased with their service.

I had a gel nail service and not even two days later the gel chipped and lifted. It took 3 days straight to get ahold of management, when I did they spoke in a condescending manner. My nails were redone, and once again they lifted and chipped the next day. It took 4 days to get through to management this time. I expressed that I was expecting my nails to be done properly the first time but they clearly didn’t seem to care and refused to refund the service they did not provide.

I love this place!! Such great service for a great price.

I used to come here all the time. Gel/Shellac mani were 28$ which is a great price. When I got to the till, they charged be 35$, which means they taxed 25%.. They include the tip in the bill without telling you, so naturally you then tip additional on the machine which is so wrong unless you mention that tips are already included. Likely will not be coming back after this.

Very poor customer service, wouldn't recommend to anyone!

Waited 25 minutes for my scheduled appointment time, to find out there was hardly any gel colors available. Will not return, terrible service.

Meticulous

I have always had a great mani/pedi from here. They are meticulous. Unlike other places, where they have applied polish too thick or with bubbles, or the polish has run onto my cuticles - I have NEVER had any problems here.
