Avoid at all costs!! We had Atlantic Home Inspections come before we purchased our home. The owner is very polite and a smooth talker, skipped over large issues that should have been picked up by an experienced professional. For example, we lost a large section of our roof shingles and cap in a storm - when we had a roofer in for the repair he noticed large sections of shingles that were not even nailed down!! Something a home inspection should pick up on!! Results of home inspection very general , just circles on a pre printed cookie cutter book.
