Nice guys, professional, showed up on time and date given, they took out our old oil tank in the basement and replaced with a new one. Everything went great and would recommend to anyone needing oil tank replacement.

Another company bailed on our oil tank replacement so I called Oil Tank Kings who said they would complete the replacement. They came to our house and inspected the work that needed to be done, said they couldn’t believe the other company bailed on us, and then they made excuses as to why they couldn’t do the job and left without doing the job. Instead of figuring out a way to get it done, they just packed up and left knowing we needed the work done in order to sell our home. Horrible service!!

Replaced my oil tank and did a great job. Was on time as promised and was easy to get a hold of.

Rude and Misleading

I called to get a price on having an oil tank removed. The owner/operator told me $100, as he would be taking the oil. I then asked how much it would cost to have the tank AND the furnace removed. Same answer: $100. But when I called the day before the work was to be done, this same man told me that he doesn't deal with furnaces, that he has never dealt with furnaces, and that there's no way he would have told me he could do the job. When I tried to explain how I had cancelled the other crew because this guy was giving me a "better deal" he got mad and told me again that he didn't say he could take out the furnace, then said he also wouldn't be doing the tank and hung up on me. Now I'm stuck with a furnace that needs to come out, but no-one to do it. I am seriously unimpressed, and will never deal with this guy again. If you choose to have him do any work for you, make sure it is completely clear and in writing or what you get may not be what is "promised."
