My back window in my truck got shattered. I called the Glass Doctor. I was amazed at how quick they were able to order the glass and have it installed the next day. Excellent service and product

After seals broke on four of our house windows over winter, we contacted several companies for estimates. I had a broken ki...

I had a broken kitchen window. I was expecting that the the pane of glass may take 2 days to be replaced, but the Glass Doctor had it back to me the same day. It looks like new and is perfect!

Mirrored sliding doors

I recently purchased mirrored sliding closet doors from The Glass Doctor. They are solidly built and we can feel the quality and strength when sliding them back and forth. The customer service was great as they helped, carefully loading and packing them into my truck. Also several months ago I had a house window replace as the seal was gone. It was replaced quickly and we have been happy with it every since. I feel very confident in ordering or having repairs done in the future with The Glass Doctor.

I live in Pickering Ontario and I am a proud owner of a fully- loaded, Black-On-Black 1999 328i BMW Convertible and I needed a new windshield - FAST! - So here's what I did: I shopped the Internet FAR and... SUPER-WIDE! (I literally called EVERYBODY that was anybody.) - I was looking for a "quality company" that "knew" what they were talking about when it comes to cars and windshields... and one that would also offer a good price. At first, I phoned all the BIG NAME windshield replacement companies... and then I came across *Glass Doctor* from Barrie! I thought... "What the heck!... I will give them a call anyway and see what they have to say." Cathy, from Customer Service took my call and answered every one of my questions in a very professional and friendly manner AND.... she also offered me a GREAT PRICE! Needless to say, I booked an appointment for 8:00 AM Friday Morning and jumped in my car and flew up there. When I arrived at 7:45 AM Cathy opened the doors and welcomed me in right away and her TEAM of PROS took over from there. Their service was nothing less than FANTASTIC! (These guys are PROS! They "know" there stuff!) They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them. (I rate them 10 out of 10.) Never looked better

I had my windshield replaced by them and it has never looked better. I called for a quote and they had me in the next day to replace it, everything went smoothly. They were able to give me a ride to work and a ride to pick up my car when I was done. They also came within 20 dollars of the quote I was given over the phone which was still much cheaper than I had expected. Overall I was very pleased and would recommend them to others.

Very Pleased

Got my windshield replaced yesterday and I was so pleased with the service I received. I got a lift to a neighboring plaza to spend my wait time. Once I got my vehicle back, each window was cleaned, my whole van was vacuumed, and they wiped down my interior. They even washed my mats! Each person I interacted with seemed very nice and sociable. Would recommend!

I took my vehicle...

I took my vehicle in for a windshield repair, I was told by the receptionist/cashier it could go through insurance instead of paying out if pocket for the repair. the receptionist called my insurance company,she got a recording and was put in hold as the lines were slow, it was during the holiday season, she was on hold for over half an hour. the receptionist became irate and rude to myself and my son because she was on hold. she repeatedly told me she was not going to stay on hold much longer and that my insurance company was the worst to deal with. I suggested to her that she could leave a call back number so she could continue to serve the other customers in the shop without losing priority sequence. she rudely asked me if I was going to wait around the shop until 5 o'clock when the shop closed waiting for the insurance to call back. I again suggested that she leave her call back number, which she did and was called back within 5 minutes. my chip was repaired, I left and will never go back. I have had to replace my windshield due to the make at least 8 times, will they miss my business probably not but I did not deserve to be treated rudely due to something that was not in my control.
