We bought a Federal elevator product in March 2013. Although the Federal Elevator product looks good, their service is very poor. There is no service on weekends, and you must pay in advance for service the rest of week. We have had problems every 3 months or so which they will not even consider fixing properly. Save yourself a headache buy from someone else who cares about you, especially if you need the elevator for a disabled person, such as out case.
