I went to this retailer looking for a dress for my daughters first birthday. I bought something I was not happy with on a Friday. The store owner had helped me despite not feeling well however she wouldn't let me try on all her clothes. Which struck me as odd. Anyhow the next day, I wasn't really feeling the dress especially since she didn't let me try the dress on! ( I tried on the dress in a different colour) so the next day I went back into her shop - there was no indication that I could not return or exchange the product - I just wanted to see if there was anything else. The dress seemed too simple for my daughters first birthday! The next day she didn't open and the following day there was someone else there besides the owner. I didn't tell her right away that I wanted to exchange and decided to let her help me find something else. When I did tell her it was an exchange and I told this other lady - she became unresponsive! Which was my fear! So she called the store owner - she was absolutely horrible and refused to help me! She was more upset that I tried clothes on without her knowing because it was for an exchange ( she was worried I was going to ruin her clothes)!! She said such horrible things - that I was trying to return a used merchandise - the tags were still on!! She completely made me out to be this horrible person! I have never felt such hatred towards another person but this store owner deserves my hatred. What comes around goes around is how I look back and tell myself that what she did will eventually catch up to this store owner!
