While I encourage you to make your own decision, my family's experience with Scarlett Heights was not a good one. Staff is not friendly to residents unless they require no additional assistance, housekeeping is a joke (dust was constantly building up despite not only paying for housekeeping but requesting to management that the unit be cleaned), and worst of all my loved one felt helpless. Look closely at this (or any) residence and ask hard questions. Don't be fooled by a pretty lobby.
