We purchased our top of the line aboveground pool in 2021 following a sales pitch of anti-rust and great warranty. After only 3 seasons, our aluminum wall started pitting which punctured a hole in our liner, causing water to leak and rusting on the wall. Pioneer Pools were quick to respond and have our walls replaced, BUT we must purchase of a new liner AND pay labor cost to replace. We are very displeased about the $2,500 expense to fix a 3 year old Pioneer Pool. Do not recommend at all.

HAd our pool installed today at our cottage and was extremely pleased with everything! The crew answered all my questions! Installation date was on time! Thank you to the crew who installed. My husband and I recently purchased a gazebo and furniture from Pioneer. We dealt with Anna who was very professional, knowledgeable of their products and attentive to all of our questions. The quality of their items is top notch, and are very pleased with our purchase. The order arrived within days and we had a small scratch on the glass of one o table when we opened it. Anna was right on it to get a replacement and it was very clear they will stand behind their sales. Thanks Anna!

Chris from Pioneer Pools made the whole process feel easy and effortless. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and was always there to answer any questions we had. Chris made us feel very comfortable and walked us through every step of the way. The install crew did an amazing job and were easy to talk to. We had a pool installed this summer by Pioneer Pools. All aspects of the installation were done on time and thorough. Over the past year we have had many trades at our home as we have renovated top to bottom. Pioneer Pools has definitely been the most reliable and dependable.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!! Pool and equipment installed incorrectly, Hamilton location will not return phone calls or emails. We finally drove to the store to see if we could speak with a manager but were told he was not available and to just email the main email (they told us he doesnt have a direct line or email (as if!). we are STILL waiting for a response. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Buyer Beware!!

Bought Pool from Pioneer 4 yrs ago-nothing but trouble.The equipment they provide in their "package" is CHEAP; the auto-cleaner left holes in the liner after 1 MTH to the Salt system being under-rated for our water volume & so its failed. Call the manufacturer to find out our model isn't recommended for our size & we must have taken care of it to get anything over 1-2 YEARS. Called our Sales Rep, he STILL says it's the ONLY/CORRECT system & he's just an employee...NO HELP from a $12000.00 SALE

Ordered patio furniture in but the information in the warehouse was incorrect so it did not come in and there was none left. Staff called around and located the furniture I needed and then delivered it to my home at no charge for the inconvenience. Very happy with the service.

We had Pioneer install our inground pool last summer and couldnt be happier. Chris S is amazing to work with. He was in top of eveything and ensures that his clients are beyond satisfied. All of the crews and staff (installers, electrician, gas, maintence, store staff etc) were equally as impressive to work with. We couldnt be happier with our desision to use pioneer for our "Puerto Backyarda"! If you are looking to have a pool installer we HIGHLY reccomend Pioneer!!!

Pioneer pools is a great company to work with. We installed an inground pool with them and are very happy with the work they did. The staff are very friendly and courteous answering all of our questions along the way.

It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Chris S and Pioneer Pools. Chris explained everything in great detail and answered all our questions and concerns. We booked our installation months in advance and we were not disappointed. The crew showed up on our requested day and the install was completed in one day as promised. Chris S was always quick to respond to any calls or emails we placed. We will for sure be referring Pioneer Pools to our friends and family.
