Service was very good and fast. The food was hot and the chicken batter was better than any fast food restaurant in town.

Great food, complaints about wait times are irrelevant. Good quality “fast food” at a busy location takes time. Frequent customer and never disappointed.

Very poor customer service. Extremely rude. Staff feels like its a burden to work. No smile at all. Love their fried chicken and thats the only reason why I keep going back.

Ordered delivery over the phone, normally it goes okay but this is a new popeyes and the lady COULD NOT understand what I was saying and could not get my number right or my address. felt so bad for the delivery driver. It really seemed like she didnt know english...

Takes forever to get your order 10+ minutes for large fries! Crazy!

Terrible service waited 20 mintues to eat and when i finally got my meal i asked for an extra bbq sauce and the manager said it only comes with one and laughed in my face.... too bad chiken is pretty good

Wait a longime in line and even longer for tour food ..... Seems everytime we go in there we are waiting forever for chicken to cook. Getting delivery isnt any easier takes forever for anyone to answer the phone usualy having to call back a few times before getting through .....staff Maybe coukd smile and dont make customers feel like they are a burden on the then when ordering or asking questions ... Definatly needs head office here to straighten things out

My family has been here two separate times, the chicken is much better than KFC. However, ALL of the employees look like they absolutley HATE their job, they are very rude and ignorant worst staff I have ever come across in any business. Expect to be waiting for your order from 20-40 minutes, on both times ordering from here they have forgotten to put the coleslaw in the bag, and this last time the fries.

TERRIBLE customer...

TERRIBLE customer service. I just called for delivery from this location. We specifically asked that the delivery person call our phone number, since our buzzer to our apartment does not work. We waited 1 hour for our food, when we were told it would arrive in 30-45 min. When we called, the girl who picked up sounded accusatory, saying that the delivery guy waited 15 minutes outside our door and called once. And that SHE had to pay the $5 delivery fee. We never received a call.

I went on Friday ...

I went on Friday 10/16/15 and arrived @ approx 06:52PM. I waited in line until 07:05 pm to place my order and at that point was told chicken would be 15 minutes for a fresh batch. I waitied that long what was another 15? That turned into 30 minutes of waiting for chicken. The service was terrible, the staff unfriendly and unapologetic. That may well be the last time they get my business. I was not the only one waiting. That is unacceptable.

So far we have been waiting 20+ minutes for our food. There is one cook out back and three staff members up front filling boxes and taking orders. We saw our sandwich being assembled at least 15 minutes ago and put in a warming area? The guy who took our order looked cranky, didn't even crack a smile. The service we received today did not make us want to come back!
