I brought my GMC in for a safety last year where a front suspension part was replaced. Just under a year later, the same part was worn out. When I brought it in, the service desk presented two other issues and said that's what was wrong. So I took the truck to another Garage here in town. They confirmed that the part Moynes replaced a year ago was indeed the problem. Either Moynes has a lack of technical knowledge around a 2004 GM product, or there's a more sinister issue at this business.

Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.

Very poor customer service in the service department. They don't stick with the appointment time or call you when your vehicle is ready. Also if you want your vehicle back super dirty take it here as they leave dirt marks covering your floor mats, no floor protection is used. Also they are do not appreciate their customers, I was told they didn't care if I came back.
