Worst walk in clinic EVER...Dr. Rai treats patents like a herd of animals. I couldn’t even open my mouth for a second before shutting me down with his rudeness. It was a total waste of time. Dr. Rai is a jerk towards his patients and very unprofessional. We are paying for our healthcare and Dr. Rai needs to learn he is working for us NOT the other was around. Shame on you Dr. Jerk (RAI)

Today I was there. The physician treated me like a jerk. The whole time he spent with me was 2 minutes, he didn't even tell me his name. First, the registration lady took me into the laundry room for taking my history; she asked me to go another room wait for the physician, a man with a mask with the laptop in hands came in without introducing himself and asked if I have a cough, to which I answered yes. He then told me to sit there, and he removed my mask with a popsicle stick with a disgusted

Worst experience Ive ever had while visiting a doctors office! Dr. Rai has terrible bed side manner, did not even allow me to finish explaining my symptoms before diagnosing me with saying nothing is wrong and I cannot do anything for you. He was rude, aggressive and did not respect me. How does a guy like this still have a license? He should not be a doctor. Had to go to a different doctors office to get a puffer for a chest infection. Do not go here!!!

I have never encountered such a condescending, rude and dismissive individual. Upon walking into his EMPTY office, I was rushed back into an exam room and greeted with rapid fire questions from Dr. Rai before I had even fully entered the room. I did not even hear him tell me his name. He barely even looked at me let alone assessed me before typing away madly on his laptop. Hardly had an opportunity to explain my concern fully before he went on a condescending rant. What a waste of tax payer $!

Very rude doctor and should be investigated on where he got his degree. Worst experience ever. Never go here. How can someone with a medical degree in Canada be so rude. This is a disgrace to your education.

Worst walk-in clinic ever! I gave them a call to make sure that they offer the service that I wanted, and she said yes we do. I went to the clinic, stayed an hour and a half in the waiting room to be told that the doc would refer me to a specialist as she was "afraid of any complications that might happen". I waited another half an hour for the doc to do the referal. Three weeks later i called the clinic to discover that they have forgotten to send the referral !!

No words other than the worst

I'm not sure why all the negative reviews. This facility is very, very clean. Sure beats my family physician's office by a mile! I have used this facility 3x this year, and had good experiences all times. I did not have to wait long at all. All staff were pleasant and professional. I had an xray result come back that needed further investigation. I was called back into the office and was explained clearly. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone.

I’ve waited 40 mins o be seen. Male doctor was so rude, my whole exam took less then 2 minutes, then I kindly asked him to check my throat as well because it was sore but he told me to go somewhere else for VIP treatment and left the room. I was shocked. I understand it was a busy day but that doesn’t mean they need to treat us like an animal. I will make an official complaint about that doctor to the ministry of health. Please don’t ever go there.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience.Doctor didn't listen. Didn't investigate my actual issue. Just said "yep, you're getting sick" stabbed me in the throat with his extra long q-tip and tried to send me on my way. I didn't feel sick. No sore throat, no headache or fever, no nausea. Wasn't there for that reason. Yet, when I questioned him on what the heck just happened and explained that my throat now hurt because he jammed the swab in so aggressively, he basically said I didn't know what I was taking about.

Worst clinic ever. Staff was okay, but the doctor was too full of himself. Arrogant, rude, mannerless and had the same answer to every question "I dont know".

RUDE When I went to this walk in clinic receptionist was very rude and sassy she denied my son and I and was being sassy about it no one was there yet still denied claping and congratulating me for what ever reason facilitie was dirty never met the doctor (because of receptionist) do not recommend it. I will never be attending again to the owner I recommend new staff until then never coming back very disappointed.

Poor experience once again

I've been to this clinic several times and have had the same experience over and over. Dr. Rai is quick in diagnosing as he does not take your concerns seriously. I went in with a very painful UTI on Friday and was told that I was fine and was experiencing period pain.. right. So he sent my urine off for analysis while I dealt with extreme discomfort all weekend. I got a call on Sunday saying I needed to come in to discuss the results and TA DA! Turns out it was a UTI. And of course, no apology.

I have had multiple negative experiences at this facility with a couple different doctors. Recently I was there regarding a sinus infection that had become incredibly severe and when I was explaining my symptoms the doctor was rude in questioning me and more so told me my symptoms rather than listen to me. She seemed unempathetic and seemed like she was rushing through the appointment to move on to the next patient. Not a polite tone and made me feel insignificant. I will not return here again.

Condescending, impatient, and rude

I had a very negative experience with Dr Rai. I was told to come back by a different Doctor at the clinic if I needed a stronger prescription. Dr Rai refused to provide this alternate prescription unless I had an on the spot physical/Pap test. He used his authority to try to bully me into having one. He was rude and condescending. When I said I wasn't comfortable having one at this moment, he said he wouldn't prescribe me anything and walked out of the room without another word. Do not recomend.

They just want your $

I had severe dry skin around my mouth only to be prescribed a steroid cream as a bandaid solution. When I asked Dr. Bhalla is there could be a reason, she simply said "dry skin because of winter". I have NEVER had dry skin. When I asked if it could be caused by a deficiency of a vitamin or mineral (I am vegan), she asked me for my own diagnosis! I went to the pharmacy to pick it up, the pharmacist ended up saying it 'could' be angular cheilitis which is caused by a deficiency in B vitamins.

A terrible expetience. Avoid this place at all costs. I have visited this clinic on a few occasions and regret it every time from the service i receive. I had a severe kidney infection and was told an ultrasound would be wasteful in regards to ohips behalf. I am disgusted.

Dr. Rai is by far the worst doctor I have ever met. He is completely unwilling to listen to concerns, he interrupts you, and rushes patients in and out in order to maximize his billing numbers. I always leave this clinic in a worse state than I entered, feeling patronized, belittled, and still sick (often with no medication given). I will never be visiting this clinic again.

My experience at this clinic this morning was beyond horrible. Dr. Sharadindu Rai was aggressive, insulting and downright rude. I left in tears feeling humiliated and degraded. I can't believe the Ontario College of Professions allows a doctor to practice medicine with this type of behaviour. Sadly, after I expressed my concern to a few people throughout the day they too have had similar experiences here so it was not a one time occurrence. Absolutely atrocious!
