I suggest that you avoid this vet at all costs. I visit to them, and subsequent misdiagnosis, almost cost my dog her life. I visited the vet again after my dog had fully recovered to discuss this with them, and in their words "we accept no responsibility for our vet's diagnosis or prescriptions". Needless to say, I will not be risking my pet's life at Clarkson no matter what the circumstances. There are many other vets in the area who instead work with integrity and honesty to choose from.

“Other vets undercharge for procedures” reason given when questioning why my bill was $968 to treat a 15lb cat that had a cut on his head from cat scrap. Was told that if I didnt let him outside in first place he wouldnt be in this situation. Had no options presented to me, no explanation what was mandatory/not mandatory. Was charged extra bc it was Saturday, emergency fees despite being client for over 6 years.

Unpleasant experience during a serious illness. Lack of knowledge and assistance in how to handle feeding and give tablets when dog doesn't take pills. Expensive prepaid treatment and additional costs after treatment. Free follow up offered after dog still not eating. Consulted Vet in Ottawa for assistance. Unbelievable support and assistance. Will never go to Clarkson Village Hospital again. You are to expensive and focused on making a buck! Our furbaby deserves better.

My dog seemed in pain & kept hiding,not acting like himself. I was out of town so I had to do an online search to find an ER vet. I'm so pleased I found this one with excellent service Dr. Noorlander provided,he's very caring & knowledgable. He did a thorough exam & didn't rush through. He took his time to explain things. I learned more in that vet visit than I have in many vet visits elsewhere in the past. The RVT Helma was so kind too. She was very courteous & put us both at ease (my dog & me)

Clarkson Village Animal Hospital After 6 years of struggling with my dog’s ear and eye problems, trying endless medicines, a friend recommended Dr. Mudrick at Clarkson Village Animal Hospital. It amazed me how quickly he figured out the problems. He examined everything and came to the right conclusion with treatments that solved the problem after 3 days. Not only is he honest and straight forward with his opinion, based on years of experience but he and his staff are always kind and friendly with all the patience in the world for a worried dog owner. I had dogs all my life and dealt with many vets, still I never met such a professional, kind, patient vet. Dr Mudrick is probably the best vet I ever met in my life. From my experience, I finally found an honest vet who is in his career for the love of animals and not for love of money. I’m sorry I didn’t come for his advice a long time ago. One thing for sure he has become my vet for life knowing that my dog will be in the best hands.

The Best Care

I live in Toronto but trust my dogs well being to Dr Mudrick and the wonderful staff at Clarkson Village. I've had many medical issues with two dogs over the last eighteen years and would not think of going anywhere else. The staff are genuinely warm and caring. Dr Mudrick is very knowledgeable and highly skilled. He will spend time with you and your pet discussing concerns and will take your calls if you have questions. Now that the clinic is open 24 hours I know I can call anytime when problems arise. I'm confident that my special family member is getting the best care I can find for him.

My first dog and my first vet

From the very first call to the end of the appointment was GREAT. I had a lot of questions but they took their time with me to make sure I understood and that all my questions were answered. I wish my doctor did that!!
