The WORST customer service and website I have ever encountered. Couldn't register the product for warranty purposes. No people to speak to. Website kicks you out. Online contact refers you to website and the manual that they suggest I download can't be accessed as page can't be found. I have used a variety of Husqvarna products for over 40 years but after this experience I will be reconsidering my options!!!!

On Feb. 7th. 2017 I got pinned under a tree and could not get out but my new 390 Husquvarna kept running but was 6ft away. After struggling for 30 minutes I was able to break a small limb off the tree, pull the chainsaw to me and cut the top off the tree. I drove the tractor home and then drove to the Smith Falls Hospital where I was treated for broken bone in the left hand, cracked tibia and cut to the right temple (helmet was broken). Thank God my Husquvarna kept running.

This is the second chainsaw I've bought over last 7 years--nothing but trouble. !st one major trouble but a young man at your Mississ office took saw-found problem--gave me a new one. Just bought a 435xtorq--nothing but trouble. After warmed up almost imposible to start--gave up many times. Now sprocket at end of bar seizes up--new bar new chain oil flow checked--3 to 5 min of use--sprocket seizes. Been to dealer--its fixed--3 to4 min seizes. This saw is an insult to Husqvarna.Takeitback

Do your research before you buy!!

Very poor customer service!!! I bought a $3,800 track Husqvarna snow blower. It has not worked since day one and repaired three times and still does not work. It's eight month's and have not received my money back.. They claim to have the best warranty but they have every excuse possible not to return your money. They don't return your calls. I paid alot of money for a high end snowblower. It's very simple. It doesn't work give me my money back!!! Seems like anyone you talk to doesn't care.

i love husqvarna products i hv a husqvarna 44 chainsaw thats 33 yrs old thats been through a cpl small wars lol finally had to buy a carb kit today
