    Just had my weddi...

    Just had my weddind reception and the management at Sagan Banquet Hall were the best you can ask for! Not only did they manage the event but went above and beyond to help with everything for the event. BEST FOOD in town! Ragheib and Hosay really did a terrefic job with everything !!! All 400+ guests could not stop talking about the food! The in-house DJ and Decor really know how to make things happen! I am so glad i booked this place!!!!

    Vey Happy

    We had a wedding in November @ Sagan and we can't be more happy, Indu, Raj and the whole staff really helped to make our event amazing. Our whole family had a great time and the food was good. I would recommend this hall.

    worst banquet hall ever

    We recently had our wedding reception at Sagan banquet hall. Very rude management and bartenders. Andrea, the owner, is very keen on making money but not on providing good service to her clients. She will sweet talk you until signing of contract. After that, she will show you her true colors. Do yourself a big favor and avoid having your function at this hall. Please do your research and hold your function at a decent place because it is your big day and don't ruin it by choosing this palce. On top, this place does not have any good bathroom.

    Horrible Experience

    Do yourself a favour and DO NOT book this banquet hall for any occasion. We booked it for a wedding reception. I'll start with the positive. The hall itself is nice and the food prices are reasonable. The owner (Andrea), during our first appointment painted a beautiful picture of what our reception would look like and the service we would receive. For example, she boasted that she would provide an exceptional speaker system, beautiful table settings (including chargers and extra napkins), backdrops, etc. When we received the actual contract however, each of these items required "additional fees". They even charged extra to have our bridal party sit at the head table as they were accustomed to only having 6 people. When the guests sat down, there was not a single dish on the table - very poor presentation. This however was not the main problem. When I (the bride) called to discuss the contract, she contacted my Mother in law and told her that she would not deal with me, and that she would only discuss the event with my Mother in law because I was "rude" to her. This was NOT true. This was very unprofessional of her - attempting to create dissention between two families marrying. In addition, based on observation, she treats her employees very poorly which in turn means poor service for patrons. The top layer of our cake went missing and a gift which was left under my chair was forgotten. When we called to inquire about these items, she claimed to know nothing about it and did nothing to remedy it - not even an apology. Because my wedding was just a few short months away I could not make other arrangements.

    Beautiful Reception Wedding Hall!!!

    Gorgeous banquet hall with great service! Spacious and could fit up to 500 people. Enjoyed the experience at this hall.
