Have purchased two machines from medelife ,my last Machine was purchased in 2014 and recently not able to turn machine on, warranty expired after three years, not eligible for new machine until Oct 2019, they are charging me 50.00 month for rental until then, even after I told them I would purchase new machine from them, said govt. sets prices on rentals, govt. has nothing to do with it, returned Machine after three months,shop around and you can get much better deals and service elsewhere.

Didn't realize how poor the service was until I found an alternative CPAP supplier. Medelife recommended the most expensive mask, after months of struggling with blowing the seal at my high pressure level waking me repeatedly.I went back twice for help with a solution to my problem and they just blew me off. I now find out that there is a lower cost mask for people with my pressure issues, bought it last week and am finally getting a nights sleep . For CPAP solutions go elsewhere.
