Absolutely horrib...

Absolutely horrible, terrible customer service! Extremely rude associates.. they have no idea how to deal with children which they should considering they have a section for children's eyewear! They need to learn how to deal and talk to kids rather than looking at them as annoying and a waste of time. Ordered a pair of glasses for my son and ended up getting a full refund after they gave me chipped up glasses hoping we wouldn't realize. Very disappointed in their service!!
