Vp Spa And Nails

Very unprofessional way of customer service , they don’t have respect when we enter the spa they never come close to you to ask how can I help you but they stay very far away even working on some other customers and they talk to you from far away . Very rude. It happened too many times . I will not go back there.

Very rude owner ! It was filthy and they don't speak any English. They kept talking in Chinese, and loudly, and I thought this was very rude !

The owner and staff are very rude and the prices change depending on who you are. I have gone there 2 times, the first and the last- giving them the benefit of the doubt the first time but the second I received the same RUDE service. Reading these reviews I had to laugh as the merchant only responds back to the positive reviews. There are so many amazing nail salons in Oakville don't waste your time or money going to this place. The owner is awful and the staff takes her lead- try somewhere else

I have visited a few times, and every time I have left dissapointed. My eyebrows always end up being uneven, and they don't even bother applying any moisturizer after waxing. My shellac polish also chipped after only a few days...Wait times are also ridiculous...even when i call ahead and make an appointment! DO NOT RECOMMEND :(

I do not recommend going here! The employees are incredibly rude, and do a messy job applying nail polish. Save your money and go somewhere else !

Visited for my first time today... Went around 5pm and they took me right away. Sophie did my nails, she removed my old shellac with acetone wraps, buffed and manicured with precision and patience, and gave me time to think about what colour I wanted. She even asked if I wanted my nails shorter, rounded or squared out. She must love her work... She meticulously groomed my nails to prep for shellac and gave sufficient drying time between coats. Ended with a quick moisturizing hand massage and nail oil. All for under $35. I've never had a better job done. Will definitely be a regular here!!! Highly highly recommend!

I went to VP nail...

I went to VP nails yesterday for the first time. for years I have been going downtown to get my nails done and now wanted something more conveinent. I myself am in the service industry and VP was recommended by one of my clients. I saw Cam yesterday and was more then satisfied. she was gentel and kept making sure I liked the job she was doing. don't tell my former nail tec but "Cam did a better job" I will definitely keep going back to see Cam once a month. THANKS VP NAILS

I have been going here for over a year now. I receieve a shellac manicure once a month and recieve amazing treatment. Danny takes his time every time and makes sure you like your service. He does immaculate work and I highly recommend him to all my friends and family. As well Tina does a great pedicure, takes her time and makes you feel special every visit. Thanks for your great services, I look forward to coming back!

Awful service, Awful pedi/mani @ VP Nails Oakville

After speading $65.54 you expect an immaculate manicure and pedicure, but it seems that the standards @ VP Spa and Nail @ Postmaster drive in Oakville are far from good. I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone !!!! I give it 2 thumbs down.
