Eye Care

They were really great with helping me get my eye exam and glasses last month. I broke them during the middle of Covid and could not get any place to help me. They fixed my glasses and when they opened I got my eyes checked and ordered my glasses. They staff was wonderful I felt safe being in the office. The staff was constantly cleaning all surfaces and everybody was wearing a mask. I will be telling all my friends and family that this is he best place in Peterborough for your eye care.

Terrible customer service. They try to maximize insurance. Open late and do not keep appointments. We have purchased all of our eye glasses and contacts from this location but will never get a penny from me again. Had an appointment at 9:30 am as I had to be elsewhere at 10. They new this but did not care. Opened store 7 minutes late and I needed to leave. No apologies just excuses.

The doctor was very friendly and gave me a great eye exam. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I also got my Ray Bans here and the service was wonderfull. The staff was friendly and not pushy. The price of the eye exam was great compared to other doctors offices and they have awsome deals on glasses and contacts. I would definitely recommend coming here if you want honest prices and great service and quality. (Hard to find that now-a-days)
