Less then 1 star, they deserve to be on the curb with the garbage. I bought a refurbished device from this company for my son to use for school and homework assignments, I also paid an additional 40 dollars for the windows program on it. It worked for a week or so and then have had ongoing problems, the device shut off on its own, he ended up missing classes because of this. Then I took it back to get fixed and paid an additional 100 dollars to get it fixed, didn't work. Ripped off $400.

Always go here for help. Screen was replaced within 25 mins. Appreciated being taken care politely and quickly.

Just took iPhone 6 for water damage was a shot in the dark after being dropped to the bottom of a lake. The staff there did a excellent job at all the work they out into bring the phone back to life. I have been to this shop a number of time with dropped phone and always had awesome service and fair prices.

Very disappointed with the service here. Made two visits and after being told my phone was fixed, it was not. Asked for my money back and they said no. I walked into the store when I heard a very angry customer walking out. Should have taken the hint. I have lived in St Catharines for 40 years and certainly don't recommend it to anyone.
