The Brick

We’ve been doing business with the brick in Timmons for quite some time and have had excellent service always. The sales people are very courteous and make us feel welcome.

Lazy, Rude & Make you feel like you're annoying them.

Rude & lazy. Lied about not carrying a certain brand(ASHLEY)..went to Arctic, found the exact same dining set I wanted. The Brick's staff is either extremely lazy or really uneducated on their products, Arctic found it on their website right away. The Brick told me to basically look at their website and figure it out myself. Disgusted by the salesperson's attitude and laziness. Acted like I was dumb and asking too much by asking if they had a particular dining set, which they did.
