Dogtopia Of Bloor West Village

My pup loves Dogtopia at Bloorwest. He runs to the door and can’t wait to play with his buddies. He’s tired at the end of the day after spending all his energy playing and socializing with other dogs. The staff has always been helpful and caring. I definitely recommend this location for daycare.

Horrible grooming and daycare services. We’ve tried both with them and never again. Recently tried grooming and I have a 5lb yorkie, the cut was uneven in all places and clearly rushed. The groomers shift was done so they left my puppy in a dark room, no lights in a cage, by herself. When I was called to be told the appointment was done I was told my dog wouldn’t stand still and that’s why her cut is uneven in places. My dog has been groomed many times before with another grooming and no issues.

Wonderful grooming experience! Our little guy not only looks amazing but he is so happy after every groom. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Facility is clean and modern. I love that the salon is at the front with a beautiful window to distract the pups! Looking forward to trying out the daycare.

OMG! Where do I start! My neighbour went there and gave me a $10off coupon. I went on Meet and Greet (which they charge!) and I took the puppy out within the minutes. Why? Tiny rooms with lots of dogs, no place to run. Indoors only! (they have audacity to charge you to walk the dog). Dogs pooping everywhere. I saw one pooping i a water dish and the attendant went to pick up things outside of the dish, and other dogs drunk this. Breading grounds for disease.Gross, unhygienic,should be shut down.

My dog loves it here. The staff care about the dogs in their care and they give her baths when I request. My dog is excited when I say the word Dogtopia! She is a big fan...I highly recommend.

My dog loves it here, we love it here. It’s so helpful to be able to know I can run a few errands after work and still pick her up on time, and I’m not worried about how long she’s been home alone. She comes home perfectly worn out and I can see on the webcams how much fun she has all day. Staff has always been incredibly helpful and friendly. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

I took my dog here thinking it would be close to home and convenient. It was the worst decision of my life. The groomer was very aggressive with me, pointing out all the things I do wrong with my pup. She never asked me about what I do for my dog or how I take care of him. It was a one-way conversation. I felt undermined and attacked.It was awful! I complained to the manager who really didnt seem to care. The manager did nothing about it. All she cared about was her staff, not the customer.

My dog loves going to Dogtopia. She starts to drag me down the street when we get close to the building. Great location, awesome staff! Everyone was super friendly and they love my dog there.

My first time calling, and I wanted to find out some information comma comma I was asked for my email address and then placed on hold for over 15 minutes... When I tried to call back, I would go to a voicemail that was not even initiated yet... I get it! You are new and you must be busy but I could be a potential client and you're not making a very good first impression... It seems like all these big operations seem to lock a very small thing, customer service...
