I am deathly afraid of the dentist. I don't like going and when I do, my anxiety goes through the roof. I need to be frozen, sedated, whatever it takes for me not to feel a thing. Well today was an experience that I wont forget. Dr Hicks & Dee are absolutely terrific. I was treated like gold, very patient, kind and I didn't even need freezing. More I shop at Massine and more I appreciate non only the conveniency and quality of the store.Staff always seem to be focussed on providing a great service. Went to this restaurant after watching "You Gotta Eat Here", was our first Poutine ever and it was quite delicious. I ate a fabulous sandwich and my sister said her sandwich was the best vegetarian sandwich she ever had.
Desserts looked really appealing but were not as amazing as we expected.
I think is a little overpriced, the first night we went, four entrees - four drinks was almost $90. Second time around one entree, four desserts and water $63.

Overall, an excellent experience. All of the staff, not only the physiotherapists, are extremely professional and courteous. They really take the time to listen to the patients concerns, treat accordingly, and if necessary re-adjust as the patient progresses in their treatment.

Good customer service at their new sales office on rideau. They took me up to the model unit at their newest building downtown, and it had better upgrades included than most of the other new condos I've seen downtown Ottawa so far... will probably buy one soon

Five of my girlfriends and I decided to try out Woody's for dinner and cocktails as it came highly recommended by one of our foodie friends. We were promptly greeted at the door by a friendly server who showed us to our candlelit table beside a fireplace. My friends and I each decided to order a different cocktail or martini and try a few sips of each - my favourites were the Woody's Caesar and Dream Soda. For dinner I tried the dinner special - a generous half rack of pork side ribs with jalapeno apple bbq sauce, homemade creamed corn, mashed potatoes and a buttermilk biscuit, it fell away from the bone effortlessly and was cooked to perfection. I also had a bite of the sliders that my friend had been raving about and the combination of carmelized onion and brie cheese was delicious! We all had plans to go out to another spot after, but were having so much fun at Woody's that we decided to stay. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend this pub to anyone in the future.

I just had a cleaning with Michelle and I must say it was the most thorough cleaning ever, enough that I wonder what I'd been paying top dollar for before. Not only did she do a great job but figured out why my teeth are sensitive, (I love pickles) but gave me great tips and info that no one had ever taken the time to discuss with me before. I highly recommend Michelle at CONFIDENT SMILES for anyone. You'll never want to go anywhere else. Trust her with your teeth and health!

WOW! This restaurant is fantastic...The food was fresh and the taste was amazing not to forget that the portions are very generous. When I moved to Ottawa, a friend recommended Ada's, a diner he had frequented for many years.
Five us went in early January '08 and I've been there probably 3 times a week, every week, ever since. Ada, Wilf and Jaz know almost evrybody by name who come in the door. Sure it's crowded and noisy, but what a happy place to have a meal. And her soups are fantastic. When Ada knows you like a particular soup, she will offer it to you even though it's not on the menu. Talk about PR; this diner has it in spades. I often buy extra soup and take it back to the office for others to enjoy.
