Been bringing both of my small dogs to PetSmart on William Kitchen Drive for a couple of years now. I find the service to be excellent and the staff friendly and courteous. The best thing of all is that my dogs do not seem to mind visiting them for their grooming!

Helpful staff who don’t oversell accessories, got very good-tempered hamsters for the kids. Nice selection of bettas. Store is obviously smaller than retail chain, but tidy and not smelly despite the closely racked cages.

Janet the groomer was very careful and conscientious.. Asked lot of questions about what we wanted . A great short cut for both our Westie and Bolonka . We made a 4 pm appointment- she took them immediately- no cage lock up.. Told us to come back at 6:30 pm and they had just been finished 5 minutes earlier - no long wait in cages. We were very lucky to get a same day appointment- I don’t think a lot of people know they are there.

Absolutely love the pets here. I absolutely loved the bird collections they have and the customer service they offer is astounding. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products they carry and animals. The birds they carry are very healthy and friendly. I always walk out of this store satisfied as a customer. I have used this location for shopping, grooming, Petshotel and Doggie Day Camp and I can't say enough about the staff here. They are helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about their jobs and the animals that they care for. When Shelby sees the big neon sign, she goes out of her mind with happiness. Her trips to the grooming salon always leave her looking great and feeling fabulous. Love this location!

I have great service at all the Pet Valu's I go to. The two Pickering locations have wonderful helpful friendly staff and I always feel good with my visits. Money well spent. The groomers are amazing with my dog. This is how you should feel when leaving your pet for grooming.

I love this store and am even more pleased that they have lowered the prices and expanded the boarding/daycare services. The grromer is phenomenal and the kittens in the front window from the Toronto Cat Rescue are soo cute! I hope they will be adopted soon.

This is one of the nicest PetSmarts around. It's clean and modern and the staff will always greet you with a smile. The resident cat Adoption partner is superb and probably the best in the area. The leaders passion for their cause is very clear.

Yesterday I had my dog groomed for the first time at this particular location as my regular groomer for over 8 years quit and I was extremely happy. My dog does not like getting groomed and Alice did an amazing job. I would highly recommend her. She is very nice and does a great job. Thanks again.

Had to have an 8-year-old cat groomed for the first time in her life. The staff at Muddy Paws really know what they are doing. They made the cat feel so comfortable that she didn't get nervous at all, just sat quietly and enjoyed the pampering. All the dogs that were being picked up looked pretty happy too.

I cant say enough good things about Wooftown. First, our dog loves the food. When we gave him the previous food for the past 2 years he used to pick out certain pieces that he didnt want to eat and leave them around the house. We also put olive or coconut oil in the food to make sure he ate it. The Wooftown food he finishes completely and we dont need to add anything to it.
