My vehicle's engine light began flashing while I was driving on the 401. Luckily, Rick's Automotive was the closest mechanic. I made a quick call to Rick, explained my situation and drove directly to his location. Within half and hour, the issue was diagnosed, arrangements were made for repairs the following day and Rick secured a ride for me to pick up a rental to continue my trip. Repairs were completed in a timely manner and I picked up my vehicle as scheduled. A-1 customer service!

After a 12 hour night shift and terrible weather, SOS towing was the only tow that was able to get me out of the ditch and on my way home. The driver was incredibly kind and quick not to disrupt traffic. The driver made sure I was safe and warm and ensured my vehicle was safe to drive. I can't thank you enough for your kind service!

Hats off to Paul! We have a 2009 Saturn Vue. We could not figure out how to disconnect the rear Windshield washer pump. Paul took the time to go online and then be able to explain exactly how to do it to us over the phone. We were successful in taking care of our problem. Saving us $$$.

First time coming to cardinals today. Omg! The staff super friendly.. the entrance was super clean. They looked over my car updated me right away. Didn't have to wait for my car to be checked and did exhaust repairs didnt do anthing until I confirmed for them to go ahead. Took 1 hour for repairs and there super cheap and affordable. I was expecting 500 dollar qoute nope. It was 267 with tax just shy of 300. By far the best place ever. I will be going here again in the feautre. Highly recommend.

I have never has a quote for body work come in as low as his and trust me I've gone to other places before and always end up back here!
He keeps things old school which means he focus's on the work and its spectacular every time! I even called him in the summer when I was vacationing because my car broke down and wasn't drivable and I needed advice- he gave it to me free of charge and even spoke to the mechanic up there! he saved me hundreds of dollars and gave me peace of mind!

Fantastic European (VW/Audi/BMW/Mercedes) automotive mechanic shop! Very knowledgeable mechanics. They will explain the work thoroughly so you understand your options or what work absolutely has to get done. I wouldn’t go anywhere else nor do I trust anyone else with my car…other mechanic shops in Brampton claimed to have fixed problems on my car prior but neither places ever fixed my issues. Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something.
