Pinnacle is home for me, I like the staff they are nice. I like my apartment and living downtown. I have an excellent view from my apartment, the building is very clean and renovated. They are always doing something to make it better improving for the people that live here. I have been here 12 years and will continue to live here by choice.

I have worked in a consulting capacity in the office of Rentex for about 9 months now or so. I believe some of these reviews may be previous tenants that may have been evicted for a number of different reasons (drug use, non payment of rent, etc), or are just plain haters. I do also believe tho, some negative reviews may be legitimate tenants that have had issues that took time to fix. Needless to say, I believe the company tries hard to please the tenants to the best of its ability. - SK

It is really an enjoyable experience living at Pembroke Estates for the past three years. I had an overall great experience with Le Jardin and their management. Although a little higher rent than I anticipated I loved my life at Le Jardin. The management was always good to me, as I was good to them!

I have been living in this building for a few years now. It has really taken a turn for the better with the new management in place. Suites are being updated and the building is kept very clean. The construction across the way is almost complete so the noise is not as bothersome. The hallways could use some updating but the suites are being renovated. Management goes above and beyond the job description making sure our building is a great place to call home. If the building had a serious bedbug problem I am not sure why anyone would have been a long term renter. Sounds like someone might be disgruntled. It has been 3 years for me and am quite content with this building and neighbourhood.

I have lived at Sunset Valley Apartments for the past 4 years. I have lived at other rental properties and living here has been by far the best experience with renting. This can be attributed to the Residential Property Managers, they really care about their tenants. The building is always kept very clean, sidewalks are always cleared of snow & ice, the grounds are beautifully landscaped. I love my apartment. I am very happy to call this my home.

I have been a happy tenant since coming aboard with Ospin Terrace 6 months ago, the Onsite Management are the best for looking after my needs of my move in and more! If ever a place to recommend, I recommend "Ospin Terrace"
Clean, Quiet, peaceful country like setting I am very happy, kudos's to On site management, Awesome and friendly. People are very friendly in the area, to good to be true, just a nice place and can't say enough. :)

This is my 3rd year as a tenant and I must say , Norwood Village is the definition and representation of Canada as a whole and who we are as Canadian with Multiplicity of different races and cultural backgrounds of people living at Norwood Village .
It is a family Oriented Apartments , even with Kids it is very quiet and brings lots of Sanity and quietness for working class folks in the building . Never heard about stealing here .
