The gentleman who works there goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. He always does whatever he can to make sure you get the best price on your medication (not just by offering generic instead of brand name), and has a genuine interest in your wellbeing. He works hard to make a personal connection with each of his customers by listening and making a point to ask about it the next time they come in. Always satisfied with his service and will recommend to others.

I would like shoppers drug mart on kerr street to know that they
have a wonderful salesperson named Farzana who works in the
beauty department. She is a very kind person and very
knowledgeable. Myself as a customer I must say she helped me
out tremendously and even though I never told her my name
she remembered my face and what I had bought before. It is good
to know that there are still very good salespeople around and I
definitely would recommend Shoppers drug mart to everybody.

Go above & beyond to care for my pharmacy needs. Phenomenal friendly, knowledgeable in store & delivery staff. Keeps store, products & services up to date, yet you still get the 1936 quality of interactions. If it's been awhile since I'm in store, & rather than a person the world has me feeling like an anonymous number again, I go in Gibson's & am surprisingly reminded again how nice it feels to be seen as real known person. I've been doing business with this pharmacy for so many years (25+) I can't remember when we started. It's too bad and unfair that the pharmacy is getting bad reviews because of (CANADA POST).

Ive been coming to this pharmacy for over 15 years. Edward has always given me exceptional customer service as he makes sure that he takes care of his patients to his best of ability. On numerous occasions, this pharmacy has helped me with prescriptions on which I needed extra assistance or needed quickly. Ive lived in other cities but cant seem to find a pharmacy that is close to comparable to this one!
