I've been doing business with this pharmacy for so many years (25+) I can't remember when we started. It's too bad and unfair that the pharmacy is getting bad reviews because of (CANADA POST).
The pharmacist (Kathleen) is the most dedicated and professional and helpful pharmacist that I know.

I have been going there for years now . . . and I am probably one of the more fussy customers . . . they are excellent in every way and fill out my 3 month prescriptions with efficiency.

This is the best pharmacy to deal with in my opinion. I literally live a block from another shoppers drug mart and-still I choose to go across town to deal with this store/pharmacy at 276 Lakeshore thanks to how amazing the staff/pharmacists are at this location. Sure sometimes you have to wait a bit for a prescription but it just depends on how busy they are just like anywhere. I would definitely recommend dealing with this store, I have no complaints at all.

Great location and David is a great Pharmacist. I have always felt respected by the staff and treated well. Also I have never had any issues with errors at the Pharmacy. Overall I really like going to this Shoppers location.

I have been a customer of Shoppers at Howard and Tecumseh for many years. The reason for this---customer service--customer respect--knowledge of anything sold in their store--cleanliness --- I especially like how they speak to everyone-even the small children -- no matter how their day is going they are cheerful and responsive to all their customers. MaryAnne was wonderful!! Our prescriptions needed to be renewed by the doctor. She immediately dropped what she was doing and faxed the request for several prescriptions, cheerfully and efficiently.

Not enough cashiers always a line up at check out. Now they have self checkout which I think might help but not everyone is comfortable with that; especially Seniors. I find the pharmacy staff very helpful and also cosmetics, always a smile and a greeting. Cant say anything negative about the staff at this location.

The Cosmetic Department is terrifically helpful. They continually try and find the best, most economical product for their client. I have dealt with them for a number of years and they have never steered me wrong or had me buy anything I didn’t use entirely. All of the staff is quite willing to try something on you first before you buy it.

I can't say I've ever had a bad customer service experience at this Shoppers. My favorite department to deal with is the Post Office, because that is where I pick up my parcels. No matter who you deal with there, I've always gotten prompt, knowledgeable service and a friendly smile. Kudos to all the staff!
