Last week I had the pleasure of having Comfort zone installing our new air conditioner.
These guys were hard working, willing and went the extra mile to move the A/C to a more convenient location. They were professional, pleasant and efficient. I will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone else.

We used the company when we were living in Brantford. He hooked up gas lines for two outdoor barbecues, plus a gas range.
We just moved to Hamilton. Gas line to outdoor barbecue, gas line to gas range, a sub panel for the circuit panel, correction of electrical hazards and finally installation of a range hood (required cutting a hole in the kitchen to the outdoors) were all performed . ONE contractor.
All work was meticulously and professionally performed with no shortcuts.

We had a new hot water heater installed today by Hearth and Home from Brantford ...... we had heard that they were a great company but didn't think they'd service Burlington.
We were pleased to say they did come to Burlington and installed our new unit quickly and efficiently . They removed the old unit and cleaned up behind them themselves.
The technicians were very professional and informative and we certainly would use them again ... excellent job !

I just had a furnace and heat pump installed. Kevin and Matt were prompt (to the minute!), courteous and knowledgeable. Very personable guys who not only took care of installing the new equipment, they also took our old furnace/ airconditioner/ piping, and simply left our home spotless. To top it all off, turned out the basement lights for us and even put our garage door down for us. Top notch - would highly recommend Richmond Heating and Air. Thank you very much!!

Alan installed our new garage door opener today and I can't say enough good things about his workmanship, cleanliness and his professionalism! He went out of his way to correct a badly installed garage door and replaced parts and adjusted other parts and this was all done with a smile on his face. I have bought 2 new furnaces, one for a rental property and am very pleased. When my own furnace died I received 3 heaters on loan to use rather than sleep in a cold house. Any phone calls I have made were answered or called back very soon.

Excellent service and quality workmanship! I am so pleased that I found Dunn. They made my Central Air so much more efficient by reversing the Return and Supply vents in the upstairs. Now the cool air is evenly distributed throughout the house. I had originally called to have a unit installed, but they saved me about $3000 and even moved my furnace to create more room in my basement. Wow!
