I have to say, that in the last 24 hours of hospital stay for my husband, I have been overwhelmed by the courtesy, kindness, friendliness and total care give to him and myself. He went in very ill, it was handled with fast efficient care, and the doctor that worked with him several hours this morning after his quitting time, was exceptional. I would like to thank Dr N. Dhaliwal from emergency in helping to find out what was causing my respiratory issues which was the beginning of pneumonia. With the help of the nurses and Respiratory Techs. Dr Dhaliwal was able to put me on the proper medication. I started to notice a difference hours after I took my medication. My husband was recently taken to the Sturgeon Hospital by ambulance because of a cardiac arrest. His care in Emergency and ICU was excellent. The staff and doctors were kind and helpful, and obviously very skilled in their care of their patients. Thank you so much to everyone. The following week was spent in a surgical ward. Since it was Christmas, there seemed to be fewer staff on duty but care was adequate, and this would probably happen in any hospital at that time of year. Lire plus
