We decided on a napoleon furnace which is made locally in Canada and had a tremendous warranty. The installation crew had the furnace installed almost immediately and we were very thankful for the service since our old furnace broke down during the winter and we were without heat. hanleys plumbing is great company. rob has bailed me out of some very difficult situations at an extremely reasonable price and under some very trying circumstances. He wasted half a day of work returning a pump, that through no fault of his didnt work. So on this job he went and bought the pump, installed it, it worked for one week. he came back, took it out went back to the store where they gave him the runaround for a few hours. he finally got a new one and installed it. I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again Lire plus
