We contracted with TYDAN to replace our crumbling 75 year old side steps and Patio steps at the same time. The design TYDAN came up with was very original and innovative. The materials used are high quality as is their workmanship. We are very satisfied with the end product and would for sure reuse TYDAN for any future work of similar nature.

Surprises when it comes to your foundation aren’t a good thing. We connected with Tim and he came and assessed the situation. He and his crew had to work against a tight timeline (as we were getting other work done). They were efficient, respectful and kept the work area clean, paying special attention to the garden area. We appreciated the quick turnaround and would definitely recommend for any foundation repair work. Sue

We have used Andrew to update the new retirement home that we purchased. Two bathrooms, the Master Bedroom, Kitchen, as well as paint throughout. We found his work to be of high quality, and very well done. He worked with us through the design phase to make my wife’s vision a reality. He suggested colors and fixtures that perfectly matched what we wanted the finished product to be. Andrew is meticulous in his own work, and very demanding of himself and his sub-contractors.

In November of 2018, Birdseye designed and installed our dream kitchen based on an idea we had. Absolutely beautiful! Now a year later, there is nothing we would change. Jeff & Phil were conscientious in design and execution. Good listeners, they were able to interpret and execute our wishes. They used high grade materials and finishes that gave us a room that still takes our breath away. Cannot recommend these two craftsmen highly enough.

Over the last 10 years, Tydan has enhanced our property by creating a Koi pond complete with waterfall and landscaping of the backyard, building walkways, and completely redesigning our front yard. We hired Tim and Crew to put an addition on our cottage. We were a little worried at first because they had to live in the cottage during the construction. We had nothing to worry about! When we arrived to inspect the job, the cottage was cleaner then we had ever seen it.
The job was amazing! We are so happy!
The workmanship was excellent, the budget was accurate and they even added a few things.
This job required attaching a new building to an old one. Many elements ... all done well!
